Director
Dave Falla MCIOB
Dave Falla leads M-Four and provides strategic oversight across all consultancy projects. With over 15 years’ experience in asset management, engineering and housing consultancy, Dave specialises in helping housing providers understand their stock, plan long-term investment programmes and deliver sustainable housing improvements.
Before founding M-Four, Dave led the delivery of a £230 million, 30-year housing investment programme as Head of Asset Planning for a major social housing provider. This experience gives him a deep understanding of how housing data, lifecycle modelling and asset strategies translate into real investment decisions.
His work focuses on aligning technical survey data with strategic asset management decisions that support regulatory compliance, energy efficiency and long-term housing quality.

Project Manager
Kyle Gorman MAPM
Kyle Gorman leads the operational delivery of M-Four’s consultancy projects. As Project Manager, he is responsible for coordinating survey programmes, managing delivery teams and ensuring that projects are completed on time and in line with client requirements.
Kyle works closely with housing providers to maintain clear communication throughout project delivery, providing progress reporting, programme coordination and operational oversight.
As the primary point of contact for many projects, Kyle ensures that clients receive a responsive, organised and professional consultancy service from mobilisation through to final reporting.

DEA Supervisor & Quality Assurance Lead
Joe Deafley
Joe Deafley oversees the quality assurance and energy assessment elements of M-Four’s consultancy services. As a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and experienced team leader, Joe plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of survey data across projects.
Joe manages teams of surveyors and energy assessors delivering stock condition surveys, EPC assessments and retrofit-related data collection. He also leads internal quality assurance processes to verify that survey outputs meet the required technical standards and regulatory frameworks.
His expertise in energy performance, housing condition assessment and survey governance helps ensure that clients receive reliable asset intelligence that can be used confidently for compliance reporting and long-term asset planning.

Technical & Retrofit Lead
Dr Wasim Rashid PhD
Dr Wasim Rashid is an Elmhurst-accredited retrofit coordinator who provides specialist technical oversight across M-Four’s retrofit and building performance consultancy services.
With over three decades of experience in architecture, sustainable design and energy efficiency, Wasim brings a wealth of expertise in retrofit strategy, building performance analysis and lifecycle investment planning. He has contributed to numerous retrofit and large-scale development projects across the UK and internationally.
Within M-Four, Wasim supports the interpretation of survey data, advises on retrofit and energy efficiency strategies, and ensures that asset planning outputs align with evolving sustainability standards and housing policy.

Tenant Liaison Officer
Gillian Simpson
Gillian Simpson plays a critical role in ensuring that M-Four’s consultancy services are delivered with a strong focus on residents and communities. As Tenant Liaison Officer, Gillian manages communication with residents during survey programmes and retrofit projects.
She coordinates appointment scheduling, supports access arrangements and acts as the primary contact for tenant enquiries or concerns. Gillian’s experience working with housing providers and vulnerable tenants ensures that survey activity is delivered professionally, sensitively and with minimal disruption.
Her work helps maximise access rates, improve resident confidence and ensure that housing programmes run smoothly while maintaining a positive tenant experience throughout.
